Manual engines cannot be used with auto gearboxes, nor will auto engines fit manual gearboxes, due to completely different oil gallery arrangements in the blocks.

Combined the engine and transmission assembly weighs ~162 kg (357 lb).  Seperated the engine weighs 111.2 kg and the automatic transmission weighs 50.8kg (112 lb).
